Ordering/ Shipping

We are a small independent ran company. Not a large corporate run, therefore we cannot do next day delivery requests. 

Please note this business is supported by the disability act, due to being disabled, and may result in mistakes being made. We will not accept any discrimination regards to this.  

We fully support mums on our website because we are a single mum business, and a full time mum, therefore this business is ran only in part time hours. 

Please understand that due to this our shipping may take extra time from 3-14 days. We ship via the local royal mail via a trusted source, and have never let us down. 

If your package has not turned up please allow minimum of 2 weeks in the UK before contacting us. 

We have to include all packaging and posting material into the amount charged for postage fees. We are no longer giving free shipping due to the service being abused.  Thank you for your support. 

We are now also shipping internationally: Europe, America, Canada. 
Please bare in mind there can be up to one month minimum for delays 

Shipping:

• Small Parcel (under 2kg) - £4.90 Second Class signed for.
• Medium/Large Parcels (over 2kg) - £10.00 -  May vary due.
